We, at Sqyrs, believe that mutually rewarding partnerships and collaborations with fellow professionals in the real estate industry are the key to making sure only duly registered and accredited real estate professionals dominate the industry.
To ensure fair competition, we only accept listings that were not acquired by our in-house brokers before a broker partner submits the same listing. Our in-house brokers are prohibited from acquiring authorization to sell the said listings according to the stipulations of our co-brokering agreement.
A valid authority to sell will be required upon submission of a listing to ensure compliance with Professional Regulatory Board of Real Estate Service (PRBRES) Memorandum dated June 19, 2019.
Only duly licensed real estate brokers are accepted to be broker partners in this co-brokering program and copies of the following will be required upon application: copy of valid PRC ID, copy of one other government-issued ID, copy of BIR 2303.
